Summerlin runs from The Ridges and Red Rock Country Club to Summerlin South, Summerlin West and Sun City Summerlin. What we install
Commercial-grade C9 LED bulbs on commercial socket cord, cut to length on site so every run ends on a corner, attached with clips made for tile roofs and gutters. Palms, trees and columns are wrapped in matching mini lights where the design calls for it. Paradise owns the lights, so maintenance, removal and storage are included. What is included
How quoting works in Summerlin
Send the address through the quote form, with a photo of the front of the house if you have one. Most proposals are written from the address and photos and arrive within 24 hours; we visit first when the roofline calls for it. A 50% deposit reserves your install date. Installations begin in mid-October and the calendar fills in the two weeks before Thanksgiving. How the process works
