Las Vegas is the center of our service area, from Southern Highlands and the southwest to the northwest and Centennial Hills, along with Henderson and Summerlin. Most of the valley’s homes share the same construction: tile roofs, stucco, and parapets or eaves with little fascia. Our clips and socket cord are chosen for exactly that, so the line follows the architecture and the roof is left as we found it.

Two-story tracts and custom estates
Two-story homes with high gables are the most common install in Las Vegas. We run continuous C9 along the upper and lower rooflines so the house reads as one composition rather than a lit first floor, and wrap palms or columns where the design calls for it. Custom estates and homes with long rooflines are quoted the same way, by the foot and the difficulty of the roof.
What we install
Commercial-grade C9 LED bulbs on commercial socket cord, cut to length on site so every run ends on a corner, attached with clips made for tile roofs and gutters. Palms, trees and columns are wrapped in matching mini lights where the design calls for it. Paradise owns the lights, so maintenance, removal and storage are included. What is included
How quoting works in Las Vegas
Send the address through the quote form, with a photo of the front of the house if you have one. Most proposals are written from the address and photos and arrive within 24 hours; we visit first when the roofline calls for it. A 50% deposit reserves your install date. Installations begin in mid-October and the calendar fills in the two weeks before Thanksgiving. How the process works
